1. Who we are
AIGradia is an upcoming AI learning and project-building platform. For this early-access website, “AIGradia,” “we,” and “us” mean the operator of aigradia.com. Privacy questions can be sent to [email protected].
2. What we collect
If you submit the waitlist form, we collect the information you choose to provide, which may include your name, email address, selected learning paths and level, learning goal, an optional phone number, and consent preferences. We may also receive basic submission information, such as the date of your registration. The provided website does not ask for a password or payment card details.
3. Why we use it
- To record your request to join the AIGradia early-access list.
- To contact you by email about the waitlist and early-access availability.
- To understand which learning topics people are most interested in, using responses to optional questions.
- To send optional promotional emails only if you separately opt in. Where a phone number is provided, we will use it for WhatsApp or SMS marketing only if you separately consent to that channel.
Opting out of optional marketing does not prevent you from joining the waitlist.
4. Our service providers
The signup form is provided by Tally. Form responses are collected in Tally and, once the Google Sheets integration is enabled, synchronized to a private Google Sheet. Cloudflare hosts this website and may process security and access information needed to serve the site. These services may process data outside your country, under their applicable terms and policies.
5. Your choices and consent
The waitlist form should display a required acknowledgement with a link to this Privacy Notice. Additional email marketing permission and any WhatsApp/SMS permission must be separate optional, initially unchecked choices. Supplying a phone number alone is not consent to phone-based marketing. You can withdraw marketing consent or request removal from the waitlist by contacting us at [email protected].
6. Retention and deletion
We retain waitlist records only as needed for prelaunch and launch administration and periodically review them for deletion. We will remove data from Tally and the Google Sheet as appropriate when an eligible deletion request is received, subject to applicable legal obligations. You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your information; we will address these requests subject to applicable legal obligations and remove relevant entries from both Tally and our connected sheet where appropriate.
7. Security and sharing
We intend to limit access to registration data to people who need it to operate AIGradia. We do not sell waitlist contact details. We may disclose information where legally required or to providers supporting the waitlist as described above. No website or third-party service can guarantee absolute security.
8. Cookies and analytics
This static landing page does not include its own marketing pixels or third-party analytics scripts. Cloudflare and the embedded Tally form may use essential technical mechanisms to deliver or protect their services. If we add advertising or analytics services later, we will update the notice and obtain any required permissions.
9. Children
This early-access waitlist is intended for adults aged 18 and over. Minors should not submit personal information. Before launch, confirm the form and your actual eligibility policy are consistent with this requirement.
